摘 要:目的了解北京市健康促进医院的现状,为改进北京市健康促进医院的工作提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样,对北京市健康促进试点与非试点医院805例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果试点医院患者对医院绿化环境、病房环境、浴室卫生条件、饭菜质量、送餐人员服务态度的满意度均高于非试点医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3所试点医院综合评分高于非试点医院。结论北京市健康促进医院的试点工作是成功的,但是,也有许多应改进的地方,如医院的绿化和卫生环境、关注患者的心理压力、健康教育宣传形式等。Objective To investigate the current status of health promotion for patients in hospitals of Beijing, in order to provide measures for the improvement of health promotion work in hospitals of Beijing, Methods The multi - staged and stratified random sampling was taken in investigating 805 inpatients form both pilot an non - pilot hospital through questionnaires. Results The degree of satisfaction of the patients in the pilot hospital to the hospital green environment, ward conditions, conditions of bathroom, food quality, service attitude of the food deliver was higher than that in the non - pilot hospitals, with a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). The synthetic score of the pilot hospitals was higher than that of the non - pilot hospital. Conclusion The pilot project in health promotion hospitals of Beijing is successful. However there are some respects which remain to be improved, including the natural and hygiene environments in hospital, paying close attention to psychological stress of patients and health education.
