摘　　要：目的研究社区卫生服务评价指标体系的信度、效度和区分度,为建立科学的社区卫生服务评估体系提供方法学指导。方法在对湖北省12个行政区的社区卫生服务绩效进行评价的基础上,检验指标体系内部的信度、结构效度和区分效度。结果二级指标和三级指标的Cronbachα标准值分别为0.919、0.959;二级指标因子分析共提取3个因子,累积贡献率达到78.556%;通过样本聚类,12个行政区可分为好、中、差3类。结论对指标体系进行效度和信度的评价是进行实际评价工作的前提,其评价方法应根据实际情况正确选用;本次用于信度和效度检验的社区卫生服务评价指标体系具有较好的结构效度、内部连续性测量信度和区分效度。Objective To investigate the reliability, validity and differentiation of evaluation indicator system for community health services in order to provide some methodological advice for setting a scientific evaluation system of community health services. Methods On the basis of performance assessment of community health services of 12 administrative districts in Hubei Province, the internal continuity reliability, construction validity and differentiation were tested by using mathematical statistical methods. Results Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients of the second class indicators and the third class were 0. 919 and 0. 959 respectively; the factor analysis of the second class indicators showed that three factors were extracted, the accumulative variance reached 78. 556%. The 12 districts were classified into three grades by using cluster analysis. Conclusion Testing the reliability, validity and differentiation of evaluation indicator system is the precondition for practical assessment, and the assessing methods should be chosen correctly ; the indicator system in this study is good in terms of construction validity, internal continuity reliability and differentiation.
