摘　　要：新版电视剧《红楼梦》有几个问题值得注意:剧本应以通行的120回本为创作底本;应力求表现出《红楼梦》的哲理意味与其风格中空灵的一面,妥善处理好小说中前后矛盾的地方,传达出《红楼梦》的艺术精髓和精神实质。The new edition TV play A Dream of Red Mansions has several problems that is worth paying attention to. First, the script should take the 120 chapters book as the basis of the new edition; second, it should respond to the philosophic theory and romantic styles; third, it should deal with the inconsistent place and communicate out the essence in the novel.
