河南省普通专科教育比较分析及发展思考

摘　　要：专科教育是高等教育层次结构中最基础的层次。通过对河南省1998年扩招之前与2005年普通专科教育规模、科类结构、专业结构、地域结构等进行比较分析,可以发现普通专科教育中存在的问题,并给出发展对策。Junior education is the most basic level in the level structure of higher education. By the comparative analysis about the educational scale, category structure, specialty structure and regional structure of college education in Henan province between the educational expansion before 1998 and in 2005, this essay explores the existing problems and puts forwards the development measures and suggestions.
