摘  要:通过对远程红外测温技术在烧结成品系统中应用情况介绍,说明了整个系统的工作原理。此项技术的应用不仅解决了多年来一直制约烧结生产的实际问题,给生产控制和操作带来了方便,稳定了产品质量而且还减轻了岗位工人的劳动强度,改善了工作环境,减少了工人在高温及粉尘环境中的暴露时间,具有明显的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。Application of long-distance infrared temperature-measuring technology to the system of finished sintered product was introduced, through which the principle of this system was become clear. The application of this technology not only solved a problem which continuously restricted sintering for many years, facilitated operation and production control, and stabilized product quality, but also reduced the labor intensity of post workers, improved the working conditions, shortened the time of exposure to high temperature and dust for workers. Thus it has obvious social effect, economic benefits as well as environmental benefits to apply this technology to the system of finished sintered products.
