SF-36量表用于甲亢患者生活质量测定的信度与效度评价

摘　　要：目的评价SF-36生命质量量表在甲亢患者中的信度和效度。方法利用面对面访谈的方式调查211名甲亢患者,用分半系数和Cronbach'sα信度系数分析SF-36信度。主成分因子分析和相关分析等方法分析效度。结果SF-36的分半系数为0.778,各领域Cronbach'sα信度系数分别为生理功能0.86,生理职能0.81,躯体疼痛0.75,总体健康0.65,活力0.16,社会功能0.96,情感职能0.77,精神健康0.42。主成分因子分析提取了6个主成分代表了量表的各个领域,与量表的结构构思基本相符。结论SF-36量表用于甲亢患者生存质量测定具有较好的信度和效度,因而具有一定的实用价值。Objective To test the validity and reliability of the short form 36 health survey questionnaire （ SF - 36） in patients with Graves＇disease. Methods To investigate 211 patients with Graves＇disease. The reliability of the SF - 36 was assessed by split - half reliability and Cronbach＇s α coefficient and the validity through factor analysis and correlation analysis, etc. Results The split - half reliability of the SF - 36 was 0.778 , the Cronbach＇s α coefficient of all the dimensions were respectively as follows： physical function 0.86; role - physical 0.81; bodily pain 0.75; general health 0.65; vitality 0.16; social functioning 0.96; role - emotional 0.77; mental health 0.42; Six principal components were extracted by factor analysis and the constructs of the instrument obtained were consistent with the conceived concept in essence. Conclusion The SF - 36 scale could measure the quality of life in patients with Graves＇disease with better reliability and validity, so it has practical value to a certainty.
