糖尿病与非糖尿病患者根管治疗术后临床疗效的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病与非糖尿病患者根管治疗后的疼痛情况及疗效进行评估。方法138例需做根管治疗的患者,一次性完成根管治疗,观察糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者术后疼痛情况及一年后疗效。结果对于牙髓炎组,糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者术后疼痛无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对于根尖周炎组,糖尿病患者术后疼痛发生率较非糖尿病患者高;根管治疗后一年疗效,糖尿病患者较非糖尿病患者低。结论对于根尖周炎,糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者根管治疗术后疼痛及疗效有显著性差异。Objective To clinically evaluate the postoperative pain and efficacy after root canal treatment between diabetes meUitus（DM） and no diabetes meUitus（ no - DM）. Methods One hundred and thirty - eight patients who needed root canal treatment were ehoosed; one - appointment root canal obturtion were used; Postoperative pain and one - year successful rates between DM - group and no - DM - group were evaluate. Results To the patients with pulpitis, the postoperative pain was not significantly different between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, To the patients with apical periodontitis, the postoperative pain in DM - group was higher than that in no - DM - group and one - year successful rates were significantly different between two groups. Conclusion To the patients with apical periodontitis,the postoperative pain and efficacy after root canal treatment have significantly different between diabetes meUitus and no diabetes mellitus.
