摘 要:利用数值模拟考察了软接触电磁连铸用两段式结晶器与切缝式结晶器的透磁效果和冷却效果。结果表明,两段式结晶器内部磁感应强度随频率的增加而减小,切缝式结晶器内部磁感应强度随频率的增加而增大,因此,对于不同结晶器应选择不同的频率。两段式结晶器上半段越长,其透磁效果越好,但冷却效果降低。切缝式结晶器的透磁效果随切缝数、切缝宽度和切缝长度的增大而增大。两段式结晶器与切缝式结晶器的透磁效果相当,但两段式结晶器内部磁场和电磁压力的分布更均匀。两段式结晶器与切缝式结晶器冷却效果相近,但结晶器出口处的坯壳厚度相差约0.32mm。The penetration of magnetic field and cooling effects in two-stage mold and in slit mold for soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting were compared through a numerical simulation method.The results show that(1)the magnetic flux density in two-stage mold is decreased with the frequency increasing,while the magnetic flux density in slit mold is increased with frequency increasing.(2)the penetration of magnetic field is increased and cooling effects are decreased in two-stage mold with increasing in the length of top half of mold,while that in slit mold is increased with increasing in numbers,width and length of slit.(3)although the penetration of magnetic field in both molds are equivalent,the uniformity of magnetic field and electromagnetic pressure in two-stage mold is superior to those in slit mold.(4)the cooling effects of both molds are similar,and the thickness of initial solidified shell in slit mold is thinner about 0.32 mm than that in two-stage mold.
