Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy Components in Thixo-forming Processing before and after Heat Ttreatment

摘  要:将降低浇注温度法制坯技术与压铸成形技术相结合,直接在压铸机中成功制备了摩托车发动机支架镁合金件。试验结果表明,半固态成形件试样微观组织是由孤岛状的未熔α-Mg相和由网状的次生α-Mg及γ-Mg17Al12形成的共晶相组成,组织结构致密。经过T4处理以后,零件试样的硬度和抗拉强度分别降低了4.5%和3.1%;而经过T6处理之后,零件的硬度与抗拉强度比没有热处理的试样提高了30.1%和14.0%;两种热处理工艺均使材料的伸长率比没有热处理的试样分别提高17.6%和40.5%。The AZ91D magnesium alloy engine brackets in JH70 motorcycle was produced successfully with the pressing machine on the basis of billets prepared by decreasing pouring temperature combining with die casting.The results indicate that the microstructure of the brackets with compact structure is composed of primary α-Mg phase and eutectic phase which consists of net-like secondary α-Mg phase and γ-Mg17Al12 phase.The hardness and tensile strength of T4 treated components are decreased by 4.5% and by 3.1%,respectively,while those of T6 treated ones are increased by 30.1% and by 14.0%,respectively,and elongation of the components treated by T4 and by T6 is increased by 17.6% and by 40.5%,respectively,compared with that of ones without treatment.
