摘 要:目的总结制作大鼠肝肾联合移植模型的技巧。方法健康雄性SD大鼠为供、受体,以肝肾联合切取法切取供体器官;供肝移植参考Kamada的双袖套法;供肾移植采用供肾动脉与受体右肾动脉、供肾输尿管与受体右肾输尿管分别行端端吻合的方法。结果共完成60例大鼠肝肾联合移植模型,成功50例,手术成功率8 3.3%。结论此方法能提高手术成功率,缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症,是一种简便、稳定、可靠的大鼠肝肾联合移植模型。Objective To investigate the techniques of establishment of a model of combined liver-kidney transplantation in rats. Methods Healthy male SD rats were used as donors and recipients. The donor liver and kidney were resected simultaneously. The donor's liver was transplanted on the basis of Kamada's cuff technique. The donor's renal artery and ureter were respectively anastomosed end-to-end to the recipient's fight renal artery and fight ureter. Results 60 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation in rats were performed, among which 50 cases were successful. The successful rate was 83. 3 %. Conclusions This model of combined liver-kidney transplantation in rats can increase the success rate of operation, shorten the operation time and decrease the rate of postoperative complications. It is convenient, stable and reliable.
