太空养心方对尾吊大鼠心脏功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察太空养心方对尾吊模拟失重大鼠心脏泵血功能和收缩功能的作用。方法24只SD雄性大鼠随机平分为对照组、悬吊组、中药组(同时吊尾),分别在7d、28d后应用超声心动图技术检测实验大鼠心脏左室的泵血功能和收缩功能。结果中药组与悬吊组比较,在用药28d后,左室舒张末内径(LVDD)、左室舒张末容积(LVDV)及其指数、每搏量(SV)及其指数均显著增加(P<0.05)。结论太空养心方对模拟失重引起的大鼠心脏泵血功能下降具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate effects of Taikong Yangxin Prescription on left ventricular pump and contract function in rat after tail suspension. Methods Twenty four male Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats were randomly and divided into three groups： （A） normal control group, （B） tail-suspension group and （C） Chinese herb compound group （taking Taikong Yangxin Prescription and tail suspension）. The left ventricular functions in rats were examined by echocardiography separately after 7 d and 28 d tail-suspension. Results After 28 d of tail-suspension, as compared with the tail-suspension group, LVDD in Chinese herb compound group increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, LVDV, SV and their relevant indices all increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Taikong Yangxin Prescription may protect heart pump function in rats after simulated weightlessness.
