摘　　要：目的：建立蜜柑草中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：kromasil C18柱；流动相：甲醇-0.4％磷酸溶液（50：50）；检测波长：360nm；流速：1.0ml·min^-1。结果：槲皮素线性范围为0.20-3.06mg·ml^-1，r=0.9998，平均回收率为99.32％。RSD％为1.48％。结论：本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好，为蜜柑草的质量控制提供了快速、准确的测定方法。Objective ： To establish HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in matsumura leafflower herb. Methods ： the chromatographic bar was kromasil C18 column with methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid （50 ： 50） as mobile phase, the detection wave-length was 360 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. Results ： The linear range of quercetin was within 0.20-3.06mg·ml^-1, r=0.9998, the average recovery of quercetin was 99.32%, RSD% = 1.48%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. So it provides a rapid and accurate assay method for quality control of matsumura leafllower herb.
