摘  要:通过五个(感×抗)杂交组合的F1、F2和回交BC1群体对东北大豆花叶病毒3号株系的种粒斑驳抗性的分析,明确了五个抗源的遗传特点及其应用价值。哈91R3-182、哈91R3-184、哈91R3-188、哈91R3-301、哈91R3-310种粒斑驳抗性都是由二对互补显性基因控制的,F2代抗感分离比例为9∶7,与其各自的成株抗性有相同也有不同的遗传规律,受不同基因控制。是东北地区大豆抗SMV育种的理想的双抗型抗源。Heredity characteristics and utilzation value of 5 parents resistant to Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV) have been revealed by analysis of F 1、F 2 and BC 1 population from the crosses among them. Ha 91R 3-182, Ha 91R 3-184, Ha 91R 3-188, Ha 91R 3-301 and Ha 91R 3-310 had two dominant complementary genes to control the resistance. The segregation ration of the resistant to the susceptible in F 2 was 9∶7. The results showed that the adult plant resistance and the seed coat mottle resistance were controlled by different genes. The five soybean germplasms are highly resistant germplasms for breeding of soybean resistant to SMV in North east areas.
