摘　　要：以首都医科大学为例分析高校医学图书馆与附属医院图书馆外文期刊的收藏现状,并提出编制联合目录、全文传递、联合采购电子期刊、联合采购纸本期刊的资源共建共享对策。This paper analyzes the current status of foreign journals collection in medical college of libraries and libraries in affiliated hospitals, and then bringing out several methods to enhance the co - development and sharing degree of foreign journals, such as providing services through union catalogue, document delivery, joint purchasing, etc.
