摘　　要：变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术是一种新型的用于检测核酸变异和点突变的电泳方法,具有可靠性强、重现性高、方便快捷等优点,可应用于瘤胃微生物群落多样性和动态性分析。本文对DGGE技术的原理、优点、在瘤胃微生物群落多样性和动态性分析方面的应用结果及今后的发展方向进行了全面论述,为更好地认识和应用该技术提供了参考。As the new electrophoretic technology to detect the nucleic variation and point mutation, the denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis （DGGE） with the advantages of reliable, high reappearance, easy and rapid can be used in the diversity and dynamics analyses of rumen microbes. The paper reviewed the principles and advantages of DGGE, applications in diversity and dynamics of rumen microbe colonies, and future developing perspectives to provide the basis for a better application of the technology.
