摘　　要：在舰船的建造过程中，在横梁（强横梁）、纵桁等强力构件上开孔是十分复杂而普遍的情况，这些开孔的存在对强力构件结构的完整性具有相当的影响。通过结合现场建造的实际情况，对“规范”的要求作了详细的分析与说明，并在尝试用有限元法分析开口附近应力分布的基础上，对“规范”的某些地方提出了自己的见解。The openings in the strength members of ship such as girder and beam （or beam web） is common in shipbuilding. Opening holes in these structures may also considerably in- fluence the structure integrity. This paper analyzes the related requirements of the rules ac- cording to the example of opening in a real ship. Besides, this paper attempts to give some new approaches to the opening work related to the requirements, based on the stress distribution of the place adjacent to the opening by FEM analysis.
