摘  要:主要研究了以水玻璃和硫酸为原料合成沉淀白炭黑反应过程中,添加表面活性剂聚乙二醇对合成白炭黑的粒度、堆积密度及吸油值的影响,及选择聚乙二醇加入量为6%时分别加入不同量改性剂AF-5及1010对生成白炭黑堆积密度及吸油值的影响。研究发现:随着聚乙二醇添入量的增加,白炭黑的平均粒径及堆积密度减小、吸油值增大;两种改性荆加入量的增加都使白炭黑吸油值不断降低,达到某一值后趋于平缓。结果表明:改性剂的添加可以使白炭黑的性能得到较大改变,从而扩大其应用范围。In the reaction process of silica by vitriol precipitation, granularity, bulk density and oil absorption value of amorphous silica are studied with adding different percent surfactants (polyethylene glycol). And when the content of polyethylene glycol is 6%, bulk density and oil absorption value of amorphous silica are studied with adding different percent modifying agents AF-5 and 1010. The study shows that with the increasing of polyethylene glycol, the size and bulk density of amorphous silica decrease and oil aboorption value increases. And increasing of both modifying agents can let oil absorption value decline till some value. The results show that a series of products with different properties could be obtained by varying reacting conditions, so the application field of the white carbon will be extended.
