摘  要:高强高铜合金是一类具有发展潜力的功能材料。评述了几种新发展起来的高强高导铜合金的制备技术,并对其存在问题及发展趋势进行了评论。分析指出快速凝固已成为进一步改善合金化法制备高强高导铜合金综合性能的有效手段;机械合金化、定向凝固和塑性变形等复合强化方法代表着今后高强高导铜合金的发展方向,但其工艺较为复杂,生产成本较高,有待进一步研究开发。Copper alloys with high-strength and high-conductivity are a series of promising functional materials. Some new techniques for fabricating high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloy are introduced. The existing problems of these techniques to fabricate copper are discussed. The trends of these techniquse to fabricate copper are also discussed. It indicates that rapid solidification is an effective method to improve the overall properties of high- strength and high-conductivity copper alloys. The composite strengthening methods including mechanival alloying,di- rectional solidification and plastic deformation are the future development trend to fabricate copper with high performace. Meanwhile,it′s necessary to simplify the process and reduce the cost of these methods.
