摘　　要：肥胖症已严重影响人类健康,其发病机制目前尚不完全清楚。瘦素作为脂肪组织分泌的肽类激素,与瘦素受体结合后发挥调节体质量的作用。大多数肥胖患者体内存在瘦素抵抗,瘦素抵抗与多种因素有关。揭示瘦素抵抗的机制将对肥胖病因的研究有所突破。The obesity has affected to the health of human beings greatly, of which the etiopathogenisis has not been completely known yet. As a kind of pepfide hormone secreted by fatty tissue, leptin play its role in regulating body weight by combining with leptin receptor. Leptin resistance existed in most of patients with obesity and is related to many factors, which showed that revealing the mechanism of leptin resistance will be helpful to breakthrough obesity about its etiological study.
