摘　　要：Apelin是孤儿G蛋白耦联受体-血管紧张素受体样蛋白J受体的内源性配体,在人体内有广泛的分布。最新的研究表明,Apelin是一种脂肪细胞因子,它在肥胖相关性疾病中的表达增加,其表达与胰岛素、体质量指数和肿瘤坏死因子等因素明显相关。此外,Apelin对心血管系统、免疫系统、消化系统、进食活动、神经内分泌等方面都发挥重要作用。Apolin is an endogenous ligand for the orphan G protein-coupled APJ receptors, which has wide distribution in the body. New researches indicated that the apolin was a kind of ndipokine, of which the expression was not only increased in obesity related diseases, but also had obvious correlation with insulin, body mass index （BMI） and tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）. Besides that, apolin al-so has important effects on cardipvascuar system, immune system, digestive system, intaking activity, neuroendocrine and so on.
