摘　　要：钠尿肽是一种心血管肽类激素,它与急性冠状动脉综合征、稳定型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病远期死亡、经皮穿刺冠状动脉介入术后死亡或非致死性心肌梗死、心脏手术后心房纤颤、慢性心力衰竭等的关系密切,心血管肽类激素重组人脑利钠肽已成为治疗心力衰竭的新药。现就钠尿肽的理化特性及检测方法、临床应用及研究进展进行综述。The brain natriuretic peptide is a cardiovascular peptide hormones,which trove a close relationship with acute coronary syndrome, late mortality in stable coronary artery disease, postoperative death or fetal myocardial infarction of PTCA, atrial fibrillation after cardiosurgery and chronic heart failure. Recombined natriuretic peptide of cardiovascular peptide hormone has become the new drug m treating heat failure. This article reviews brain natriuretic peptide about its physical and chemical features, detecting methods, clinical application and study progresses.
