摘 要:目的:探讨高速公路交通伤的临床特点及其急诊抢救对策。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月-2006年4月我科接诊的资料完整的高速公路交通伤327例临床资料。结果:本组327例由128起交通事故致伤,受伤至入院时间平均2.16小时;多发联合伤253例(77.4%),其中重度多发伤192例(58.7%)。本组漏诊13例(3.9%),发生严重并发症33例(10.1%)。经积极抢救后存活294例(89.9%),其中致残45例,致残率13.8%,平均住院天数17.3天;死亡33例(10.1%),其中12例治疗无效死亡,21例现场死亡。结论:高速公路交通伤有其特征性临床经过,病情复杂危重、诊治难度大。快速、高效的现场急救,全面、细致、早期、准确的急诊处理,是提高高速公路交通伤抢救成功率的关键。Objective :To study clinical features and emergency treatment of injuries from accidents on the expressways. Methods: Full data of 327 cases of expressway injuries during January 2003 to April 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 327 cases from 128 accidents ,who were sent to hospital within an average time of 2.16 hours ,there were 253 cases of multiple compound injuries (77.4%) ,including 192 cases (58.7%) of serious multiple injuries ,33 cases of serious complications (10%) ,294 survivals (89.9%) ,including 45 cases ( 13.8% ) being disabled. The people rescued stayed in hospital for an average time of 17.3 days. 33 cases died ,including 12 who failed the rescue and treatment and 21 (10. 1% ) being killed on the spot. Conclusion :The features of expressway injuries are of special clinical features ,which are complicated,urgent and difficult to diagnose. The key to successful rescue of expressway injuries is quick and efficient on-the-spot rescue and comprehensive, detailed, early and accurate emergency treatment.
