摘　　要：本文重点分析了私营经济企业党建制度创新的内外主体构成,内在利益驱动与外在政策强制力的动力来源,强制性和诱致性相结合的路径选择,以及业主的价值取向对私营企业党建制度创新的重要影响。在此基础上对私营经济企业党建的理念、职能、机构设置以及队伍建设等方面的制度创新提出了自己的看法。This paper analyzes Party building system innovation in the private sectors of the economy in terms of compositions of inner and outer subjects,motivations of inner profit impetus and outer policy compulsion,methods of combining compulsory and persuasive approaches as well as the influences of private enterprise owners' values on the Party building system innovation.Based on this,the authors advance their views on Party building system innovation in the private sectors of the economy in the respects of ideas,functions,setups,and personnel building.
