摘  要:用低氮(N0)、中氮(N1)、高氮(N2)盆栽土培的超级杂交水稻Ⅱ优航1号为材料,测定其叶片硝酸还原酶活性、净光合速率、叶绿素含量和伤流量的变化。结果表明:随着氮水平的提高,叶片硝酸还原酶活性、净光合速率、叶绿素含量和伤流量增加。随着水稻生长,N2处理的叶片硝酸还原酶活性下降幅度小于N0和N1;N2的硝酸还原酶较高活性和高伤流量的持续期长于N0和N1。氮素对杂交水稻的叶片硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率、叶绿素含量和伤流量具有调节作用。Pot culture of low nitrogen ( N0, control) , medium nitrogen ( N1 ) and high nitrogen ( N2) was conducted and the nitrate reductase activity , net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll contents and bleeding rate of Super Hybrid Rice Ⅱ You hang 1 were investigated. The results showed that the nitrate reductase activity, net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll contents and bleeding rate rose with increasing nitrogen levels. With the rice growing, the decline of nitrate reductase activity in N2 was less than that in N1 and N0. The sustained duration of the relative high activity of nitrate reductase and high bleeding rate in N2 were longer than those in N1 and N0. Nitrogen fertilizer might play an important role in the nitrate reductase activity, net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll contents and bleeding rate of hybrid rice.
