摘 要:为了提高电动汽车用永磁同步电动机(PMSM)驱动系统的效率,根据零矢量在PMSM控制中的特殊作用,采用了一种新的零矢量动态分配技术的空间矢量调节策略,以降低功率管的开关损耗;依据转速误差决定动态和稳态时功率管的开关频率,以降低开关次数引起的损耗;在基速运行范围内采用了最大转矩/电流控制方式,并据此改变定子磁链的给定值。仿真结果表明,与传统的直接转矩调速系统相比较,该方法在保证系统低速性能的前提下,达到了提高系统运行效率的目的。In order to improve the efficiency of the electrical vehicles driving by permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), based on the special role of zero voltage space vector in the control of PMSM, a new technology of space vector modulation strategy was adopted by adiusting the duty time of zero vector accordingly for reducing inverter switching losses. Switching frequency was adjusted according to speed error during stable state and dynamic state to reduce inverter switching losses. Maximum torque/current control method was used and flux value was adjusted accordingly. Simulation results present the efficiency of the system improved while keeping dynamic performance in lower speed region in comparison with traditional DTC system.
