摘　　要：分析了当前塑料行业注塑机的现状和对注塑机发展的要求,介绍了基于永磁同步电动机的全电动注塑机控制系统的设计,通过对注射过程的分析,着重阐述了基于永磁同步电动机控制系统的硬件组成、软件设计和运用矢量控制技术实现全电动注塑机的精确控制。The status quo and the need of injection molding machine in plastic industry are analyzed, and the design of control system of fully electric injection molding machine with PMSM is introduced. Detailed information for the hardware and software based on PMSM are narrated, and it is succeeded in manufacturing precise control system for fully electrical injection molding machine based on PMSM using vector control.
