Effects of long-term mixed application of organic-inorganic fertilizations on chlorophyll SPAD value of early rice

摘  要:采用田间小区试验,研究17年定位不同种类有机肥与无机肥配施对早稻分蘖期、齐穗期、乳熟期、腊熟期和黄熟期叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,与NPK处理相比,有机-无机肥配施分别使早稻分蘖始期和分蘖盛期倒二叶叶绿素SPAD值提高1.74%-5.03%和4.69%-7.87%,分蘖盛期叶片叶绿素SPAD值各有机-无机配施处理与NPK处理间差异达到显著水平;齐穗后有机-无机肥配施处理均可减缓早稻生育后期功能叶叶绿素降解速度,以NPK4-GM处理SPAD值减少量最小,为单施NPK处理的67.91%,各有机-无机肥处理与单施无机肥之间差异达到极显著水平。Field experiment was conducted to study the effect of 17-year long-term mixed application of organicinorganic fertilizations on chlorophyll SPAD value of the flag leaves, the top 2nd leaves and the top 3rd leaves of early rice in early-tilling, peak-tilling ,full-heading, milk ripe, waxy-ripening and ripening stage. The results showed that in mixed application of organic-inorganic fertilizations, the chlorophyll SPAD value in the top 2nd leaves of early rice in early-tilling and peak-tilling stage were respectively 1.74% -5. 03% and 4. 69% -7. 87% higher than that in only using inorganic fertilizer. The difference between the treatment of mixed using green manure and inorganic fertilizer and only using inorganic fertilizer was significant on the chlorophyll SPAD value in peak-tilling stage of early rice. All the treatments of mixed application of organic-inorganic fertilizers could delay decomposition of the chlorophyll SPAD value of the flag leaves, the top 2nd leaves and the top 3rd leaves of early rice in late stages after full-heading stage. It showed that in mixed using green manure and inorganic fertilizer, reduction of chlorophyll SPAD value from the full-heading stage to the ripening stage was minimum and 67.91% of that in only using inorganic fertilizer. The difference between the treatment of mixed using green manure and inorganic fertilizer and only using inorganic fertilizer was extremely significant.
