摘　　要：对于铁路运输装备制造工厂改扩建项目,按国家规定需对投资项目进行效益费用分析,从而确定项目建设在经济上的合理性和财务上的可行性。此文简要介绍铁路机车车辆工厂改扩建经济评价的特点、评价方法及评价步骤。Referring to the workshops manufacturing railway transport equipment, it is necessary to perform according to state regulations a cost- benefit analysis to determine the economic rationality and financial feasibility of project construction. This article makes an introduction mainly to the characteristics of economic evaluation on; evaluation methods and procedures of railway workshops redevelopment projects.
