摘  要:以来自粟不同生态区(东北平原、华北平原、内蒙古高原和黄土高原)22份优异种质进行对白发病菌〔Sclerosporagraminicola(Sac.)Schrot.〕20个生理小种68个菌株抗谱的测定,同时用各生态区菌株对本区粟品种进行抗性关系的研究,其中抗50%小种的品种有332、龙谷25变、张农12、大红袍、大同北郊、七月黄、大青苗、紫杆黄谷和西城白9个,具有广谱抗性而在本生态区亦表现抗病性强的品种有332、龙谷25变、张农12等,选出的广谱抗性品种将为粟抗白发病育种、优良品种的合理布局及抗性机理的深化研究提供了基础材料。Spectrum of resistance for 20 races from 68 strains of downy mildew Sclerospora graminicola (Sacc.) Schrt. are determined, including 22 superior varieties from different ecotypes of millet (North east China plain, North China plain, Inner Mongolia plateau, Loess plateau). Also the research for relation of resistance between every strains and millet varieties in their own ecotope has been done. There are 9 varieties which named 332, Longgu25 v, Zhangnong12, Dahongpao, Datongbeijiao, Qiyuehuang, Daqingmiao, Ziganhuanggu and Xichengbai resist 50 percent races. The varieties which have broad spectrum resistance show high resistance in its own ecotope too, such as 332, Longgu25 and Zhangnong 12 etc.. Varieties which have broad spectrum resistance are the basic materials of breeding of downy mildew resisting ,rational distribution of superior varieties and deep research of mechanism of resistance.
