摘　　要：凝集素是一类能识别、结合特定单糖或糖链结构的糖蛋白或蛋白质,因其不但能够用于寡糖或糖复合物的分离纯化,也可用于糖链结构的分析,近年来被广泛用于分析各种肿瘤细胞表面糖链结构,以及肿瘤进展、迁移及预后等方面的研究。Lectins are glycoproteins or proteins which can identify and conjugate specific monosaccharides or glyco-chain structures. They are applied in isolation and purification oligosaccharides and glyco-compounds and also are used to analysis the structures of glyeo-ehains. In recent years they have been extensively applied in analyzing of the surface glyco-chains of tumor cell and recearehing progression,metastasis and prognosis of tumor.
