摘 要:本实验以中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂为实验材料,通过特殊的方法对中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂进行合群饲养,并对中意合群蜂中工蜂监督等行为特性进行了初步研究。结果表明:中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂可以同群饲养,并且可以培育出中意合群蜂和意中合群蜂两种特殊的蜂群;中意合群蜂中工蜂在24h内会清除将近一半的外源意蜂受精卵,但保留了将近90%的中意合群蜂受精卵,差异显著;中意合群蜂中工蜂对外源中蜂受精卵辨认效果差异不显著,对外源意蜂雌性幼虫的辨认效果差异也不显著。Here we raised the collaboration colonies of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica and investigated the workers policing in the Colonies. Our results showed that we could raise the collaboration colonies of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera ligustica; we can get the collaboration colonies of Apis cerana cerana queen and the collaboration colonies of Apis mellifera ligustica queen; almost half of the diploid eggs laid by queen of Apis mellifera ligustica were removed after 24h when 90%of Apis cerana cerana queen-laid eggs were still present in the collaboration colonies of Apis cerana cerana queen while the workers policing effect of diploid eggs of Apis cerana cerana and female larva of Apis mellifera ligustica were not significantly different in the collaboration colonies of Apis cerana cerana queen.
