摘　　要：为实现注塑成型缺陷的智能诊断,构建了基于粗糙集的专家诊断系统。利用粗糙集完成缺陷诊断知识的描述、智能提取和自学习,最后由专家系统根据获取的知识进行案例的诊断和决策。测试结果表明该方法能有效改善传统专家系统的不足,可以在一定程度上提高诊断的精度和增强诊断系统的柔性。To realize intelligent diagnosis of injection molding limitations, it develops a RS- based expert system. It applies the rough set to complete the diagnosis knowledge description, acquisition, self- study. The expert system makes decisions on the knowledge. The result proves that this method can enhance the precision and flexibility of diagnosis to improve the deficiency of traditional expert system.
