摘 要:设计了4种Bridgman压砧内加热方式,尝试了钽和石墨作为加热材料,采用双热电偶测温,分别测量了不同加热方式的样品中部和上部温度与输入电压的关系,并粗略地讨论了样品的温度梯度。在0.1 GPa压力下,样品温度达到1 300℃以上。另外,在5.0 GPa高压下、1000℃范围内测量了样品温度随输入电压变化的曲线。Four internal heating modes in Bridgman anvil were designed in this work. Heater was made of tantalum and graphite flakes. Two thermocouples were used to measure the temperature change of the central and upside section in sample cavity with input voltage. Temperature gradients were roughly discussed. Under 0.1 GPa,highest temperature reached in sample cavity was higher than 1 300℃. In addition, sample temperature change with input voltage was also measured up to 1 000℃ under 5.0 GPa.
