摘　　要：妥善落实民办高校法人财产权,建立健全完善的法人治理结构,促进民办高等教育健康发展,是当前和今后一个时期教育行政主管部门和民办高校自身所面临的共同任务。本文对近年来国内有关民办高校法人治理问题的研究文献进行了较为全面的分类梳理,并对国内研究的现状进行了评析,旨在为该问题的进一步深入研究和探索提供思路。Carefully handling the corporate property right of non-governmental institution of higher learning and establishing perfect corporate management structure to promote the sound development of non-governmental higher education are a common task that confronts not only the educational responsible department but the non-governmental institution of higher learning at present and for a certain time to come. The paper sorts out in an all-round way the literature on the corporate management of non-governmental institution of higher learning and analyses the status quo of the domestic studies in an attempt to help further study and exploration of this problem.
