摘　　要：针对电力市场化环境下省级电网公司购电计划中还存在的自由购电空间,阐述了省级电网公司购电优化的总体思路和基本原则。按水电和火电2种电厂类型构建了丰枯时期的购电优化模型,给出了一套较为完整的购电优化流程。最后以南方某省电网公司2007年3月的购电数据进行算例分析,验证了模型的实用性。As the power market provides room for free power purchase in the power purchase plan of the provincial power grid companies besides their fixed power purchase contracts, the general design and basic principles of power purchase optimization for provincial power grid companies are discussed in this paper. Models of optimized power purchase are established for both the wet and the dry seasons based on the different generation types of thermal power and hydropower, and a set of integrated power purchase flow is put forward. Finally, a case study is made on the calculation of the power purchase data for March of 2007 from one of the provincial grid companies of Southern China which verifies the practicability of the model.
