α-adducin基因型与低肾素型原发性高血压的关系

摘　　要：目的研究α-adducin基因Gly460Trp多态性与低肾素型原发性高血压的关系。方法聚合酶链反应(PCR)-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测基因型,采用放射免疫分析法测定样本的血浆肾素活性(PRA)。结果α-adducin基因Gly460Trp突变没有损伤肾脏钠盐调控,不影响肾素水平,低肾素型原发性高血压与正常肾素型原发性高血压的基因型分布差异无统计学意义。结论α-adducin基因Gly460Trp多态性与低肾素型原发性高血压无相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between Gly460Trp polyrnorphisrns of α-adducin gene and low renin hypertension. Methods Genotypes of α-adducin was determined by polyrnerase chain reaction （PCR）- polyacrylarnide gel electrophoresis. Plasma renin activity（PRA） was detected by radio irnrnunoassay. Results Gly460Trp polyrnorphisrns of α- adducin gene was not associated with PRA. No significant difference of α-adducin genotypes was found between low renin hypertensive patients and normal renin hypertensive patients. Conclusions There is no relationship between Gly460Trp polyrnorphisrns of α-adducin gene and low renin hypertension.
