摘　　要：根据大口径球铁管件的生产实践,介绍了采用消失模铸造工艺生产大口径球铁管件的经验,包括模具制造、原辅材料选择、以及造型浇注工艺制订等内容,论述了部分缺陷的产生原因及防止措施。Based on the production practice, the experience in adopting lost foam casting process to produce big diameter ductile iron pipes was introduced, including patterns making, raw and supplementary materials choosing, as well as molding and pouring process, and so on. Reasons causing some defects and their prevention measures were discussed.
