摘　　要：从泡沫塑料模样的制作、涂料涂敷及干燥方法、浇注位置及浇注系统的确定、填砂振实操作步骤、浇注打箱等方面介绍了消失模铸造生产烧结机机尾保护横梁的工艺方案。实践证明,采用消失模铸造生产的烧结机机尾保护横梁产品质量、性能指标均能保证使用要求。EPC process was adopted to produce the hi-Cr cast iron tail safeguard beam of the agglomeration machine. The casting process was introduced including： foam pattern making, coating and drying, gating system design, sand filling and shaking, pouring and knocking out. Practice showed that quality and mechanical properties of EPC castings met application requirements.
