摘 要:随着水平井、大位移井在世界范围内的广泛应用,水平井、大位移井的位移量在不断增大,简单的裸眼完井已不能满足工程的需要。与直井相比,水平井固井面临着自由水的控制、钻屑清除、管柱居中等不利因素,难度较直井大。为此,介绍了国外针对水平井固井技术难点所采取的特殊工艺和装备。Cementing techniques are essential in oil and gas drilling engineering and especially for horizontal and highly deviated wells. This paper introduced many new designs, techniques and equipments by many oil companies and professional cementing companies. Focusing on the main idea how to improve cementing quality, this study outlined important technical countermeasures including proper well profile, casing string centralized, slurry with zero free water and low fluid loss, optimized prepad and spacer fluid and effective displacing capacity. This paper introduced many advanced tools used for good cementing in horizontal wells such as turbulator, scraper, centralizer, and rotating liner setting tool, etc.; and optimized cementing techniques including foam slurry, double density fluid and slurry, liner cementing, and tide flow (a low rate density driven cementing technique for highly deviated wells), and so on. This paper pointed out that particularly for multilateral wellbore completion the external casing packers (ECPs) were installed outside the slotted liner to divide a long horizontal well bore into several small sections, which would be the future orientation for horizontal cementing technology in the world.
