摘　　要：阐述在中国石油吉林石化公司600kt/a乙烯改扩建工程建设过程中,监理部门如何组织实施项目的质量控制工作,确保工程控制目标安全、高质量的完成,实现项目顺利投产。In process of the 600kt/a ethylene revamp and expansion project in Jilin Petrochemical Company, what the Supervision Department did in organizing and implementing the projeet quality control to ensure a safe trod high quality achievement of project control objec- tives and realize a successful start-up is introduced in this paper.
