列管式恒温碳二加氢反应器开车调整及相关问题探讨

摘　　要：中国石油吉林石化公司聚乙烯厂乙烯装置在2005年的扩能改造过程中,采用林德公司的列管式恒温碳二加氢反应器前加氢流程技术对乙烯进行脱炔。列管式恒温反应器技术在国内同行业中属首次采用,在该单元开车过程中,技术人员遇到并解决了一些难题,顺利实现了安全开车目标。文中对此项新工艺在开车过程中调整及相关问题处理进行了介绍。In the revamp of the ethylene plant in Polyethylene Factory of Jilin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.in 2005,a new tubular constant-temperature.C_2 hydrogenation reactor was installed to remove the acety- lene in ethylene.This technology,belongs to Linde CO. (Cermany),and it was used in China for the first time. During the start-up of the unit,the technical person- nel solved every problem emerged,thus ensuring a safe start-up of the unit.This paper intreduees the com- missioning during the start-up of unit and puts forwand some countermeasures against the problems emerged.
