摘  要:考察了电解液中的KOH浓度对AA型密封锌镍电池充放电电压、充放电内阻、放电容量及循环寿命的影响。结果表明,当电解液中的KOH浓度较高时,电池的充电电压较低,内阻较小,放电容量较高。KOH浓度越高,电池的循环寿命越长。当KOH浓度为7.5mol/L时,电池的循环寿命为120次(放电容量为设计容量的60%)。The effects of KOH concentration in electrolyte on the charge-discharge voltage, charge-discharge internal resistance, discharge capacity and cycle life of AA type sealed Ni-Zn battery were examined. The results showed that the battery had lower charge voltage,smaller internal resistance and higher discharge capacity when the KOH concentration in electrolyte was higher. The cycle life of the battery was prolonged with the increasing of KOH concentration. When the KOH concentration was 7.5 mol/ L,the cycle life of the battery was 120 times (discharge capacity was 60% of designed capacity).
