胰岛素样生长因子-1及雌二醇水平在老年女性原发性骨质疏松症中的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在老年女性原发性骨质疏松症中的变化,为防治老年女性原发性骨质疏松症提供理论依据。方法:随机选择125例老年女性,以双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎、股骨颈、Ward三角、大转子、右前臂远端、超远端骨密度(BMD),将对象分为骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组。测定血清E2、IGF-1水平。所得的数据进行统计学分析。结果:骨质疏松组与骨量正常组以及骨量减少组相比,IGF-1及E2水平下降(P<0.05)。IGF-1水平与各部位BMD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:IGF-1水平下降在老年女性原发性骨质疏松症的发病中起着重要作用。Objective： To investigate the change of insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） in primary osteoporosis （OP） in aged female and provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of OP for elderly female. Methods： 125 aged female were recruited. Vertebra,left femur and right forearm bone mineral density was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry. According to the outcomes,they were classified into three groups： normal controls, osteopenia and osteoporosis groups. Serum estradiol （E2） and IGF-1 levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. The availed data were compared among three groups. Result：Serum E2 levels and IGF-1 levels decreased significantly （ P 〈0.05） in osteoporosis group compared with other two groups. The levels of IGF-1 were positively correlated with bone mineral density（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Serum IGF-1 decrease may play an important role in osteoporosis of aged female.
