桂中地区打鼾的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:调查广西桂中地区城乡居民中打鼾的发病情况及部分相关因素。方法:对广西桂中地区6个县市采用电脑随机抽样方法,选取融水县、柳江县、柳州市3个社区年龄14岁以上者进行入户问卷调查;对有效问卷进行统计分析,计算打鼾的发生率;对影响打鼾的因素采用多因素Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果:受调查者4370人,有效问卷为4349份,有效率为99.5%。打鼾的发病率为27.5%,以男性高于女性;且随着年龄的增加,打鼾比例逐渐上升,31～40岁年龄组的患病率最高(7.3%),之后随年龄增长有下降趋势,70岁以上的患病率明显下降(1.0%)。与打鼾相关的因素很多,但最主要的相关因素有:性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、反酸、高血压、打鼾家族史。结论:广西桂中地区打鼾发生率为27.5%,打鼾同样是影响公众健康的重要问题之一,应引起足够的重视。Objective： To investigate the incidence of snoring among residents over 14 yrs in urban and suburban residents of central area of Guangxi and provide basic data for epidemiological study of Sleep Apneahypopnea Syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods： 4 370 person（≥ 14yrs） were investigated through questionnaires among 8 districts in in urban and suburban central area of Guangxi by the method of cluster sampling and the related factors were analyzed. Result： 4 356x questionsnaires （response rate 99.7 %） were received, among which 4 349 questionsnaires （99.5%） were effective for evaluation. The incidence of snoring was 27.5%, and it was higher in male（20.3%） than female（7.2%） As age increasing, the proportion of snoring was＇also increasing until 41 years old（7.3%）, then the incidence was down,especially after 70 yrs old （1.0%）. Many related forctors aboutsnoring were found, but the closest factors were ： sex, age, smoking, drinking, hypertension,sexual function decrease , snoring family history, lassitude in daytime and re- membrance decease. Conclusion： The incidence of snoring among person over 14 yrs old is 27.5% in urban and suburban residents middle area of Guangxi Province and it shows that snoring is also a problem of public health that should arouse our attention.
