发展工业对就业扩大机理的研究——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：分别从理论和实证角度分析发展工业对就业扩大的机理,然后结合安徽省实际进一步分析,指出工业的快速增长是提高劳动生产率的关键因素,可以带动服务业快速发展和就业量的快速增加。认为安徽省工业仍然具有较强的吸纳劳动力的能力,未来安徽省仍需要继续大力发展工业。This article analyses the mechanism of developing industry to expand the employment from the perspective of theoretical and positive. Then by combining the reality of Anhui province, this article points out that the rapid growth of industry is the key factor to improve productivity, which can also lead to rapid development of the service industry and rapid increase of employment. The standpoint of this paper is that industry of Anhui Province still has ability to suck employment. In future, Anhui Province still needs to devote major efforts to develop industry.
