摘　　要：垄断行业的高收入以及由此产生的问题受到社会的普遍关注。在加快垄断行业改革的基础上,应强化税务治理,健全和完善相关税收政策,加强税收征管和对垄断行业高收入的管控,通过综合配套改革规范垄断行业的高收入。High Incomes of Monopoly Industries and related issues are widely awared of among the society. While reform of the monopoly industries should be quickened, tax policy should be strengthened and improved. Tax levy management and governance towards monopoly industry high incomes should be enhanced, and comprehensive reforms should be adopted to manage high incomes of monopoly industries.
