摘  要:采用微盘比色法和鲎试剂改良基质显色法分别对大鼠外周血一氧化氮(NO)代谢产物NO2-/NO3-和内毒素浓度进行测定,动态观察了大鼠实验性肝硬变门脉高压症形成过程中NO和内毒素水平的变化。结果显示:在肝硬变门脉高压症(PHT)形成过程早、中、晚三期,血浆NO和内毒素水平较对照组显著升高.NO水平和门脉压力、内毒素水平呈显著正相关。结果表明;大鼠PHT形成过程中的内毒素水平增高是引起NO合成和释放增多的主要原因,NO在PHT形成中起着重要的作用。We measured serum nitrite and nitrate levels as an index of nitric oxide in vivo circulating in rats at different stages dur-ing development of cirrhosis with portal hypertension. We al-so measured plasma endotoxin. The results showed significant increases in serm NO2-/NO3- and plasma endotoxin compared with controls at each stage during the devolopment of cirrhosis with portal hypertension. In addition, serum NO significantly correlated with endotoxemid and portal venous pressure. The results indicated that the circulating endotoxin in cirrhosis rats is responsible for increasing NO. The excessive synthesis and release of NO plays a key role in development of cirrhosis with portal hypertension in rats.
