冻干辐照脐动脉移植后组织结构的变化

摘　　要：用冻干辐照脐动脉（ＬＩＵＡ）建立狗颈动脉移植模型，观察在体内ＬＩＵＡ组织结构的变化。７条狗接受双侧颈动脉间置移植ＬＩＵＡ，术后２～１０周取材进行组织学观察。１４条中８条通畅（５７．１％）。术后８周ＬＩＵＡ管腔完全再内皮化；中膜出现纤维母细胞和滋养血管，胶原纤维增生；至术后１０周中膜出现平滑肌细胞。结果提示机体能利用ＬＩＵＡ的纤维框架重建正常动脉的组织结构。A canine carotid artery grafting model was established to investigated the histologic changes of lyophilized-irradiated umbilicalartery(LIUA). 7 dogs undergoing LIUA grafting were sacrificed 2 to 10weeks postoperatively, the LIUA were explanted and assessed by lightmicroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The patency rate was 57%(8/14). The grafts explanted 8 weeks postoperatively exhibited anuniform luminal monolayer of endothelium, lots of fibroblast cells andvasa vasorum in media. Smooth muscle cells were seen in the media of the LIUA explanted 10 weeks postoperatively. These results suggest that the fibrillar structure of LIUA could be used by body as a basement to reconstruct a new arterial vessel.
