摘　　要：本文阐述了如何利用超图开发平台、VB编程语言、SQL Server2000开发拨地管理系统的方法,同时结合拨地信息管理系统阐明了地理信息系统的基本功能和开发技术。In this paper, the authors state how to develop a land information management system using SuperMap Objects 5. 0, Visual Basic Language and SQL Server2000. At the same time it also describes the basic function and developing technology of Geographic Information System with land information management system.
