摘 要:目的探讨脉势与桡动脉横切面轴心周期动能的关系。方法应用新型中医取脉装置,同步采集39例不同脉势病人和20例平人关部脉的压力脉图、心电信号和桡动脉横截面动态超声图像,在MATLAB7.0.1软件对超声图像进行分析处理的基础上,观察不同脉势下桡动脉横切面轴心轨迹的变化情况,并计算轴心周期动能。结果不同脉势的脉象桡动脉横切面轴心的周期动能具有明显差异,脉实变>平脉>脉虚变。结论桡动脉横切面轴心的周期动能是判别脉势的可能依据。Objective To study the relationship between different pulse forces and radial cyclic kinetic energy (CKE) of transverse section of radial artery. Method A new-type sphymograph was applied to collect synchronously the pressure phygrnograms of guan pulse, signals of ECG and dynamic ultrasound images of transverse section of radial artery in 39 patients and 20 healthy persons. On the basis of images analysis with the software of MATLAB 7.0.1 the changes of axis traces of transverse section of radial artery in different pulse forces were observed and the radial CKE was calculated. Result There was a significant difference in radial CKE among different pulse forces and manifestations. The relation between CKE and different pulse forces and manifestations showed as pulse tracings with powerful force 〉 pulse tracings with normal force 〉 pulse tracings with weak force. Conclusion The radial CKE of transverse section of radial artery may be the base for distinguishing different pulse forces.
